We are moving!

Dear Patients and Friends,

I am excited to let you know that I will be moving my practice to Vashon Plaza Medical Clinic on December 12, 2011. This move will not change the basic structure of my business or the fundamental nature of my practice style. I believe that this move will allow me to serve patients more effectively.

One of the most important factors in my decision to make this change was the opportunity to work with Dr. Gail Fulton and Family Nurse Practitioners Elizabeth Hopper and Katie Konrad, island practitioners for whom I have a great deal of respect. Dr. Fulton is continuing the legacy of Dr. Weispfenning's country doctor clinic that has the personalized and patient-centered care that is core to Naturopathic principles.

In my new location you will have access to a natural medicine dispensary six days a week. You should notice additional tangible benefits, such as a full service laboratory, x-ray equipment and better parking.

Your charts will be moving with me to Vashon Plaza Medical Clinic. I will remain as a preferred provider for the same insurance companies and my sliding fee scale will still apply to those of you who qualify. Any appointments currently scheduled after December 12, 2011 will take place at the new location. It is not necessary to remake your appointment. I will be working on Tuesdays and Fridays.

My last day of practice as the London Health Center at its current location on Vashon Highway will be November 30, 2011. My practice with Dr. Fulton, at Vashon Plaza Medical Clinic is located near the Vashon Market at 17639 - 100th Ave SW. My phone number after December 12, 2011 will be 463-3696.

If you need assistance during the brief closure between the dates of December 1st and 12th, please contact our Ferndale office at (360) 384-2900. Dennis Levin, LA-C and Tamaia Sheldon, LMP will remain at the Vashon Highway location and work as independent practitioners. They will assume their existing telephone numbers.
