As of September 30, 2025, there have been a total of 1,544 confirmed measles cases reported in the United States. compared to 198 confirmed cases in 2024. The majority are unvaccinated. We recommend MMR vaccine which is highly affective in preventing Measles. There has been 1 recently documented case in Whatcom County.
