With over twenty-five years of experience in bodywork, Khoré Phoenix works with people of all ages, especially women, children and the elderly. She treats chronic and acute pain related to car accidents, post surgery symptoms, and pregnancy using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques:

  • Reflexology: foot massage contacts pressure points corresponding to organ systems
  • Integrative Massage: a blend of Swedish massage, Stretching, Acupressure
  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy: gentle body work that improves central nervous system functioning
  • Myofacial Trigger Point Therapy: releases taught muscle bands treats a variety of pain syndromes
  • Chair Massage: an alternative positioning for patients with mobility restrictions
  • Perinatal Massage (certified)

Khorè has developed her own blend of Cranial Sacral and Myofascial Trigger Point therapies to treat stubborn conditions such as:

  • TMJ (jaw pain)
  • Recurring headaches
  • Chronic hip, knee, ankle, wrist, shoulder and low back pain

Khorè is a seasoned body worker, able to assess a patient's underlying condition and utilize therapeutic body work to bring about healthier dynamics toward healing and ease. She has past experience in both Western and alternative medical contexts, including hospice, nursing care, LPN training, Oriental medicine (acupressure, Shiatsu, moxibution, and the use of plants for healing). Her work is informed by her personal understanding of pain. Most insurance accepted, sliding scale available. Half hour to two hour long appointments.
